All our macaroons are frozen immediately after their manufacture to guarantee perfect freshness when you thaw them out.
A macaroon must never be left to dry out or go rancid out of the refrigerator. Freezing is an ideal way to preserve them.
 • To bring your macaroons back to eating temperature (12 to 14°C), put the closed box in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours, followed by 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature. • Conservation: several weeks in the freezer, or 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator between 1°C and 4°C.
